Dayna Naera

After starting in hospitality and retail, Dayna joined LeaderBrand Pukekohe in 2022 as a Harvest QC. She has since progressed to Post Harvest Supervisor, responsible for packhouse operations, quality control and supporting team performance. This is her first time entering the Pukekohe Young Grower competition. Danya chose to enter to build confidence and step outside her comfort zone, with a specific focus on personal growth, connections, and building strong foundations for my future in the industry.
