The Canterbury Young Grower of the Year competition will be held on the 25th of June 2026.

The Canterbury Young Grower of the Year competition is open to both commercial fruit and vegetable growers from across the region. Contestants will be tested on a range of theoretical and practical modules designed to test their horticultural skills and knowledge. The day's activities will be rounded off with the announcement of the 2026 Canterbury Young Grower of the Year winner.
