Harry Craven

Harry has worked in horticulture for the last five years and is a Glasshouse Supervisor at Gourmet Waiuku, responsible for growing capsicums. Harry plans and coordinates crop activities, supports staff, and ensures high standards across operations. His focus revolves around maintaining crop health, productivity, and quality outcomes. He is entering the Young Grower competition to challenge himself, keep learning, and to build connections within the industry. Outside of work, Harry enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active.
