Farrah Richards

Farrah was always set on leaving school and going straight to university; she somehow ended up working in horticulture. Although working in horticulture had never crossed her mind, she has now been working in the sector for over two years and really enjoys it.

Working at Fairfield Orchards she is currently a packhouse packaging and inputs clerk and team leader out in the orchard. She is currently working towards completing her horticultural cadetship, which, like the Young Grower competition, will continue to expand her knowledge in the industry.
